Alinea “Fund & Win up to $1,000” Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Alinea Invest, Inc. (“Alinea”), [insert business address].

2. Eligibility

This Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have successfully created an Alinea account and completed all required identity verification (KYC). Employees, officers, and directors of Alinea, its affiliates, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on 11/11/25 and ends on a date decided by Alinea. (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How to Qualify

To qualify for entry:

1. Open a new Alinea account during the Promotion Period.
2. Complete identity verification (KYC).
3. Fund your account with a minimum deposit of $100 during the Promotion Period.
   
   

Only first-time deposits into a new Alinea account qualify. Internal transfers, withdrawals followed by re-deposits, or repeat deposits do not qualify. Limit one (1) entry per person and per account.

5. Prize Details

• Eligible participants will have the chance to win up to $1,000.
• Prizes will be distributed as follows: 0.001% of winners will receive $1,000, 0.01% will receive $450, 0.01% will receive $350, 0.01% will receive $150, 0.01% will receive $90, 0.01% will receive $20, 0.01% will receive $12, 0.01% will receive $10, and the remaining 99.929% will receive $5.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible participants.

6. Verification & Prize Fulfillment

All winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Alinea reserves the right to require additional documentation (such as government-issued ID or proof of account ownership) before issuing any prize.

If a winner cannot be verified or fails to meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions, the prize may be forfeited.

7. Fund Retention Requirement

The initial $100 deposit (or more) must remain in your Alinea account for at least 30 calendar days after deposit to remain eligible for the prize. Early withdrawals or transfers out of the account may result in disqualification.

8. Disqualification

Alinea reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, submits false or misleading information, violates Alinea’s Terms of Service, or engages in any fraudulent or abusive activity. Alinea may also cancel or suspend the Promotion if it determines that the integrity of the Promotion has been compromised.

9. Taxes

Prize values may be considered taxable income. Participants are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. Alinea may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other applicable tax form if required by law.

10. General Conditions

Alinea reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time for any reason, including fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its control that affects the proper administration of the Promotion.

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and consent to Alinea’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

11. Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Alinea, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.
