ALINEA EVENT CONTRACTS FEE DISCLOSURE

This Fee Disclosure applies to all event contracts traded through Alinea.
Standard Fee Schedule – Event Contracts
For each event contract transaction, the following fees apply:
- Alinea Fee: $0.01 per contract, per side
- FCM Fee: $0.01 per contract, per side
- Exchange Fee: $0.01 per contract, per side
Total Fees: $0.03 per contract, per side.
“Per side” means the fee is charged when you open a position and again when you close a position.
How Fees Apply
- Fees are assessed on a per contract basis.
- Fees apply to both buy and sell transactions.
- Fees are charged at the time a trade is executed.
- If you open and later close a position, fees will apply to both transactions.
Exchange Fees
Exchange Fees are set by the applicable regulated exchange and may change from time to time. Alinea does not control exchange-set fees.
Modifications
Alinea reserves the right to modify fees at any time in accordance with applicable law and regulation. Updated fee information will be posted on the Alinea platform.
Additional Disclosures
This Fee Disclosure applies only to event contracts. Other fees, including but not limited to account, funding, or withdrawal fees, may apply as described in Alinea’s Terms of Service and related disclosures.
