Deposits
Deposits are typically processed within standard banking timelines. While funds may appear in your account sooner, please allow up to 4 business days for deposits to fully settle and become available without restriction.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are usually completed within 2–3 business days after processing begins. Timing may vary slightly depending on your financial institution.
Processing Hours
All transactions are processed during standard business banking hours:
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday
Requests submitted outside of these hours — including evenings, weekends, or federal holidays — will begin processing on the next available business day.
Example: A request submitted after 4:00 PM ET on a Friday will begin processing on the following Monday morning (or the next business day if Monday is a holiday).
Additional Review
In some cases, transactions may be subject to additional review for security and compliance purposes. When this occurs, processing may take additional time. Our team conducts all reviews during normal business hours on a first-come, first-served basis and works diligently to complete them as quickly as possible. Turnaround times may vary based on volume.
Automated Accounts
For Automated accounts that hold investments, any required liquidations must occur during U.S. stock market trading hours and are subject to market holidays and trading schedules. As a result, the initiation and completion of certain transactions may be impacted by market timing in addition to standard processing hours.
