AI Allie – Disclosures & Terms of Use

This Fee Disclosure applies to all event contracts traded through Alinea Futures LLC.
AI Allie is an automated chat feature made available within the Alinea application (“Alinea,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using AI Allie, you agree to the following:
1. Educational Information Only
AI Allie provides general informational and educational content related to financial and investment topics.
AI Allie does not:
- Provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice
- Provide personalized recommendations
- Act as a fiduciary
- Recommend specific securities or strategies for your individual situation
Any information provided should not be relied upon as a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

AI Allie does not execute transactions, move funds, or control accounts.
Any account activity must be initiated through standard Alinea platform processes and remains subject to applicable account agreements.

5. No Warranty

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with AI Allie is to discontinue use.

Conversations may be stored, reviewed, or analyzed to improve functionality, maintain safety, or comply with legal obligations, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
Alinea may modify or discontinue AI Allie at any time without notice.
9. Acceptance
By selecting “I Understand” or continuing to use AI Allie, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
