Alinea raised $2.1M to empower a new investing experience
It’s been a super exciting time for us at Alinea since launching our app in March 2021 to building our team out in NYC.
We raised $2.1 million in seed funding in August! Our funding comes from top tier investors such as Y Combinator, Goodwater, Harvard, Kima Ventures, Dragon Capital, and strategic investors such as Jonathan Cherki.
We’re on a mission to bring more education and transparency to the next generation of investors. We’re excited to build an amazing product and team with our new funding!
If you think there’s an opportunity to collaborate, we’d also love to hear from you. You can reach us at info@alinea-invest.com !

Eve Halimi is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Alinea, an investing app created for Gen Z’s which allows users to grow their money by investing in what matters to them. She gained extensive experience empowering brands to build better digital experiences working in strategy at Contentsquare, a growth stage data analytics startup, bringing that expertise to Alinea. Prior to creating Alinea, Halimi held multiple positions at financial institutions and hedge funds such as Goldman Sachs, Boussard & Gavaudan and Halister Partners. She founded her first community-based application at the age of 15 and after interning in finance on both the buy and sell side. Halimi co-founded an event planning start up that gathers young creators and ambitious individuals through upscale events that promote brands and products by young entrepreneurs. In 2019, Halimi graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University with a Bachelor’s in Economics where she was an active member of Smart Women Securities, Kappa Alpha Theta and One For The World. Alinea is backed by Y Combinator, a startup fund providing resources that support founders throughout the life of their company, teaching the basics of starting a company.
